My name is Amber Shanks, and I teach third grade math and science! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development. I taught fourth and fifth grade for 16 years in Austin ISD before coming to Elkhart ISD in the 2016-2017 school year to join the third grade team. My goal as a teacher is to motivate my students to always do their BEST in all areas of their life!
