Hello! My name is Lori Dearman and I am the Fifth Grade Special Education Teacher at the Elkhart Intermediate campus. I serve students in the Resource and Inclusion classroom settings.  This year will be my 20th year in education and my 11th year teaching in Elkhart. I graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria in with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Elementary Education and Special Education. I am originally from South Texas.  I'm blessed to work in such a great, family-oriented district! I am a mother of two beautiful children, who attend Elkhart ISD. I stay busy with my children, but when I have free time, I love to work in the garden, craft, and read.
